A highly automated but accurate and reliable booking service. The booking will arrive in the form of both a text and email 2-3 days prior to your delivery. You must respond to one of these contacts to confirm you agree to the booking or decline the booking for a later delivery date. Once you have confirmed, the next contact will be a call from the driver when they are 30mins to 1 hour away from your property. Please note that delivery of this range is to the ground floor so if you have any additional special requirements, please get in touch and we can help to manage this for you potentially using an alternative delivery solution. Some areas of Scotland can take an extra 5 working days for delivery.
Express Delivery
In most circumstances, express delivery is available so if you are interested in an item or several items then contact us with the details of all the goods you wish to order, along with the postcode of your chosen delivery location and the date you need your delivery on or by and we will have this checked with our couriers.Storage and Delayed Delivery
We understand that on occasions you may want to secure your order but hold the delivery to a later date. Storaging your order for you and arranging a delayed delivery date is no problem. We find this comes in handy for those moving home pending their moving in date. This service is also arrange free of charge.Credit and Debit Cards
Card payments can be made online or over the telephone, both options processing immediately through a secure Sagepay terminal protecting your details. Also there is no charge applied to process any form of card payment, this includes American Express, as we cover the card charge for you.
Paypal & Paypal Express
Once you sign up for a PayPal account, you can use your account to pay for your order online. Within Paypal you send money choosing to fund your payments from your PayPal account balance, a credit card, or your bank account. Either option would debit your paypal account straight away, the funds would then credit against your Furn-On order. Once this process has taken place you should have two forms of receipt. One direct form PayPal and a second and most important, an email invoice from Furn-On confirming your order, payment and contact information. Please contact us on 01207 505311 to amend any details generated from your paypal account, if these differ to those desired in the invoice.
Interest Free Credit
If your order value is £300 or over then we can offer you the option for interest free credit.
How do I apply for Interest Free Credit ?
If approved, we e-mail you and you must confirm acceptance of the application online. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, we take a 10% deposit for your order via a card payment over the telephone and will then be able to process your order. After delivery of your order, you will then start payments by direct debit to our finance company who will take six further monthly direct debit payments from you with no interest charged.
