The shoe rack is very nice and functional, but assembling it was a nightmare. It comes completely disassembled, too disassembled, I'd say, and the pieces needed for assembly (dowels, screws, washers, etc.) all come mixed together, which makes it even more complicated. We also haven't been able to get the drawer to open and close smoothly.
