At Furn-On, we aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and flexible as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product, and we make it easy for you to check. Each product page clearly displays the estimated delivery lead time in Green, just beneath the product title.

We work with trusted couriers who will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. For items where a delivery appointment is not required, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your order’s progress every step of the way. Some smaller items may also qualify for next-day delivery at no extra cost—please contact us for more details.


How will I know when my delivery is due?

We’ll never deliver without notice. You’ll always be contacted in advance—either by phone, email, or through an online scheduling option—to confirm your delivery date or provide tracking information. Our couriers will work with you to arrange a time that suits your schedule.


Express Delivery

Need your item quickly? We offer express delivery on most products, with arrival possible the same day. Pricing for express services depends on the product and your location.

To get a quote, contact our Customer Service team on 01207 505311 with your postcode and preferred delivery date. Note: quotes are valid for 24 hours and may need to be reassessed if not confirmed within that period.


Next Day Delivery

When time is of the essence, our next-day delivery service ensures your order arrives quickly. Orders placed before 12 noon are eligible for next-day delivery, subject to availability and location.

If you're ordering a next-day item alongside others with longer lead times, delivery may default to the longer schedule unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us to discuss options.


Delivery Costs

Delivery is completely free across the UK mainland—with no hidden fees or extra charges.


Does free delivery include Scotland?

Yes! We proudly offer free delivery across the Scottish mainland, with no surcharges—unlike many other retailers.

Storage Options

We understand that renovation or building projects can cause delays. If you're not quite ready to receive your furniture, just let us know—we’ll happily store your items free of charge in our warehouse and arrange delivery for a later date that works for you.
