Lead Time: Next Day Delivery
When time is critical, our next-day delivery service ensures prompt arrival of your order. Orders placed by 12 noon, qualify for next-day delivery Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) —subject to availability and delivery location. Just select your chosen delivery day at the checkout.
Please note, if your order includes both next-day items and products with longer lead times, the delivery may follow the extended schedule unless alternative arrangements are made. For tailored delivery options, we encourage you to contact us directly.
Delivery to Upper Floors
Please note that delivery of this range does not include delivery to any upper floors so if you have any additional special requirements, please get in touch and we can help to manage this for you potentially using an alternative delivery solution. We would need to be aware of this prior to despatch.
Express Delivery
In most circumstances, express delivery is available so if you are interested in an item or several items then contact us with the details of all the goods you wish to order, along with the postcode of your chosen delivery location and the date you need your delivery on or by and we will have this checked with our couriers.
Storage and Delayed Delivery
We understand that on occasions you may want to secure your order but hold the delivery to a later date. Storing your order for you and arranging a delayed delivery date is no problem. We find this comes in handy for those moving home pending their moving in date. This service is also arrange free of charge.

Once you sign up for a PayPal account, you can use your account to pay for your order online. Within Paypal you send money choosing to fund your payments from your PayPal account balance, a credit card, or your bank account. Either option would debit your paypal account straight away, the funds would then credit against your Furn-On order. Once this process has taken place you should have two forms of receipt. One direct form PayPal and a second and most important, an email invoice from Furn-On confirming your order, payment and contact information. I'd asked a couple of questions about their 2-seater sofas, as obviously you can't see them in the flesh before purchasing them online.
Their replies were concise and speedy which gave me confidence (as buying such an item online is a bit daunting).
I was quoted upto 10 days for delivery and my sofa arrived 8 days later.
The delivery came as planned too.
My sofa is value for money, it feels very comfortable with good back support. I'm partially disabled, hence the purchase of a powered recliner and footstool, which also included two useful USB sockets for charging stuff.
To sum up, would I buy from 'Furn On' again and recommend them.....

Evoque recliner is a good solid built chair. Quiet dual motor motion. Comfortable, a little upright in normal position. I found the screw holes difficult to align on assembly but got there in the end.
Delivered 3 hrs over the time slot. But the two man crew came from Birmingham to Kent. Both men brought the item to the living room but did not unpack. Item found in good order.
